Who this is for

For Croatians living and working abroad (Germany, Austria, Ireland, Switzerland, etc.), whose parents live in Zagreb and need occasional but reliable support.

Regular check-ins

A person on the ground who visits, sees what’s going on, and reports clearly—no drama, no guesswork.

Coordination

Appointments, shopping, prescriptions, small errands, coordinating tradespeople—so you’re not dispatching from another country.

Peace of mind

You stop guessing. You get structure and continuity.

About

A short, transparent note on who runs the service and how we work.

We started this service as a family, Tanja, Srećko, and our daughter.

We lived and worked abroad for over ten years, in Germany, Ireland, and the Czech Republic. That experience made it very clear how hard it is to be far from aging parents, especially when they need presence, a conversation, or help with everyday practicalities.

While we were away, we often wished there had been a trusted person on the ground. Someone who could visit, check in, help with small tasks, and let us know that everything was fine. That option simply did not exist for us back then.

That is why we decided to build it.

Our goal is not to replace family. The goal is to be an extended hand when you cannot be there, with a human approach, clear boundaries, and respect for everyone involved.

On the ground in Zagreb

We visit in person and message you right after, no exaggeration, no drama.

Structured updates

Short notes after each visit + periodic PDF summaries (depending on the package).

Discretion & boundaries

Not medical care. We only do what’s clearly agreed and documented.
